The Property Tax and Valuation Practice of Pullman & Comley, LLC presented a unique webinar entitled “The View From The Bench,” a conversation with retired Connecticut Superior Court Judges Robert L. Holzberg and Lynda B. Munro, who between them, have a combined 43 years of judicial experience.

In a discussion moderated by Gregory F. Servodidio, chair of the firm's Property Tax and Valuation Practice, Judges Holzberg and Munro shared practical advice and suggestions for trials and mediations in tax appeals and valuation matters. Their discussion included:

- Effective strategies for a successful mediation
- Do’s and don’ts at trial
Judge Robert L. Holzberg (Ret.) currently heads our firm’s Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) practice. He served as a judge for more than 22 years and mediated some of Connecticut’s highest profile and most complex cases. Judge Lynda B. Munro (Ret.) is a member of the firm’s ADR and Family Law practices. She litigated property valuation cases before serving as both a presiding judge and a chief administrative judge during her 20 year career on the bench, including time as an affordable housing judge. Judges Holzberg and Munro together with two other retired judges and a number of attorney arbitrators and mediators constitute the largest law firm based ADR practice in Connecticut.
