Conflict Management in the Workplace

Attorney Robert C. Hinton, a member of Pullman & Comley's Labor and Employment practice, spoke on Conflict Management in the Workplace at a workshop hosted by the Middlesex Chamber of Commerce. 

Knowing how to manage and resolve conflict is essential for leading an organization, managing a department, building and enhancing your interpersonal relations within your workplace, your family and community. Bob, who covered some of the important legal aspects of resolving workplace disputes, was joined by Dr. Robert Albright of AIM Consultants, author of "The Complete Guide to Conflict Resolution in the Workplace."
