Zachary Schurin to Present Workshop on Best Practices for School Administrators and Student Cell Phones at the Connecticut Association of Schools

Pullman & Comley School Law attorney Zachary D. Schurin will present "The Law and Student Cell-Phones: A Best Practices Workshop for School Administrators" for the Connecticut Association of Schools. In this legal workshop, Zach will provide a guided overview of the key legal principles that apply to cell-phone search and seizure, social media-related discipline, the handling of “sexting” images and videos and related issues.  The seminar will focus on real life examples and the latest legal case law in this rapidly evolving area.
