Zachary Schurin to Present on Investigation Procedures Before Connecticut Association of Schools

Pullman & Comley School Law attorney Zachary Schurin will address school administrators in a presentation entitled Investigations: What Every School Administrator Needs to Know at the Connecticut Association of Schools (CAS) offices in Cheshire on April 2, 2024. 

The seminar will review legal obligations and best practices for investigations in the school environment, including a review of the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), student search and seizure, Weingarten and other issues that school administrators with investigation responsibilities need to be aware of.  For more information visit the CAS website.
