Pullman Family Law Attorneys Present CBA Webinar on Significant Family Law Cases and Legal Concepts

Three Pullman & Comley Family Law attorneys will participate in a March 25, 2024 CBA webinar, "Cases Every Family Lawyer Should Know by Heart."  Speakers Campbell D. Barrett and Kelly A. Scott, and moderator Stacie L. Provencher will provide an overview of the important cases in various areas of family law, including the corresponding legal concepts with which practitioners should be familiar.  The presentation will cover bedrock cases every family law practitioner should be familiar with in the areas of alimony, child support, property division, contempt, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, evidence, financial disclosures, custody and access, trial proceedings, and counsel fees.
