Litigation Attorney Fred Ury to Lead CBA Session on "Practice, Procedures and Protocols in the Connecticut Courts"

Litigation attorney Frederic S. Ury will lead a seminar which uncovers the major portions of the Connecticut Practice Book, many of the unwritten rules of civil procedure, court practice and procedural changes as a result of the pandemic, how to navigate the courts, and the various local rules of courts.  Examples of forms along with sections of the Practice Book will also be covered.

3. How to handle short calendar as well as aspects of civil trial
