Judge Marshall Berger (Ret.) will Speak at the 2024 Annual Meeting and Environmental Conference

Judge Marshall K. Berger, Jr. (Ret.) will be a featured speaker at the upcoming 2024 Annual Meeting and Environmental Conference, celebrating the 50th Anniversary of the Connecticut Association of Conservation and Inland Wetlands Commissions (CACIWC). Judge Berger, who retired from bench in 2022 after nearly 34 years as a Superior Court Judge, is a member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution practice at Pullman & Comley, focusing on the mediation of land use, zoning, environmental and construction matters.
