Kelly O'Donnell Discusses Funding for Arts and Culture on WPKN Podcast

Pullman & Comley business and finance attorney Kelly O'Donnell was a guest on WPKN's Community Radio podcast and discussed the topic, "Who Funds Arts & Culture?
