Andrew C. Glassman Talks on 1080 WTIC NewsTalk on the Marijuana Licensing Process in Connecticut

Andrew C. Glassman, member of Pullman & Comley's Cannabis, CBD and Hemp team spoke with Brian & Company on WTIC 1080 Newstalk about helping businesses navigate the marijuana licensing process in Connecticut.  Andy explained the three types of cannabis license applications that are available now (as of February 14, 2022), including retailers, micro cultivators and the open lottery. He also covered what applicants should be doing now, including organizing their entity structure and identifying capital needs.

Andy also discussed the important role of the Social Equity Council (SEC) in aiding applicants from disproportionately impacted areas in Connecticut.
