Andrew Glassman Talks to CT Insider on Helping to Grow Connecticut Cannabis Retail Store Budr

An article in CT Insider in profiling the growth of local cannabis retail store Budr Cannabis and its founder and part owner Derrick Gibbs mentioned Pullman & Comley’s role in working with Budr in applying for a license and helping get the business off the ground. Budr Cannabis currently has two retail locations in West Hartford and Danbury with another opening soon in Tolland and three more locations planned.

Andrew C. Glassman serves as co-chair of the Cannabis practice at Pullman & Comley.  He and the Pullman Cannabis team explained the ins and outs of the legal aspects of the cannabis business in Connecticut, and helped put together the pieces needed to make the business successful.  “We take great pride in knowing that this was not just a file for us,” Andy said.  Working with Budr, he said, “the fact that we’ve now created this amazingly successful operation that loos like it really has a lot of wind at its back…we take a lot of pride in that.”
