Article Cites Investigation Conducted by Retired Judge Robert Holzberg

The extensive investigation conducted by Retired Judge Robert L. Holzberg of  Pullman & Comley was mentioned in an article about the Bridgeport Diocese settling the last remaining civil case against the diocese claiming sexual abuse by one of its priests.

In 2018, Bishop Frank J. Caggiano hired Judge Holzberg and a team at Pullman & Comley to conduct an independent investigation into the history of clergy sexual abuse in the diocese dating back to 1953.  A report on the findings was issued in the fall of 2019 and received significant national attention.
