Pullman Chair Lee D. Hoffman Talks to Hartford Business Journal About Firm Growth
Lee D. Hoffman, who was recently named Chair of Pullman & Comley, discussed growth aspirations and priorities he envisions for the firm in an interview with Hartford Business Journal. With expansion in Westport, new offices opening in Wakefield, Rhode Island and Springfield, Massachusetts, and a number of growing practice areas, Lee has stepped into the leadership role at an exciting time for Pullman. “Our expansion, both in terms of adding attorneys and moving into new geographic areas, is in response to market opportunities and our clients’ needs,” said Lee.
Lee outlined some of his short and long term plans, which include adding to two of the firm’s fastest-growing practice areas, Cannabis and Alternative Dispute Resolution. Continuing to focus on diversity, equity and inclusion efforts also remains a priority with the firm being actively involved in local, state, and national bar efforts to advance diversity and inclusion.
