Adam J. Cohen Explains the 2010 Revisions to the Common Interest Ownership Act

In 2010, the laws regulating condominiums and other common-interest communities were significantly revised to help associations run more transparently.  In "A State of Confusion," Pullman & Comley Community Association attorney Adam J. Cohen explains how these changes affect the way these communities operate.

According to Adam, "The biggest changes in the 2010 amendments relate to the way meetings are held, the information owners are entitled to receive, and who pays for property damage."
