IN THE NEWS: Attorney Michael A. Ceccorulli Comments On New Waterbury Medical Marijuana Dispensary

Michael A. Ceccorulli, an attorney in Pullman & Comley's Real Estate department, was quoted in an article discussing how the Waterbury Zoning Commission recently approved the zoning regulations for a medical marijuana dispensary in Waterbury, CT. Ceccorulli, who represented Caring Nature LLC at the zoning hearing, commented "Now, the main problem is that the state's six medical marijuana dispensaries aren't enough to serve the 6,727 patients certified to receive the medicine." He added, "As a health center for the region and a population center, Waterbury appears to be an ideal location. It would give reasonable access to many people who can't travel far due to their conditions."

The state license for Caring Nature LLC is still pending, along with 19 other applicants.
