Attorney Steven J. Stafstrom Jr. Comments on Marijuana Laws

Steven J. Stafstrom Jr., a State Representative and attorney in Pullman & Comley's Litigation Department, was mentioned in a Connecticut Law Tribune article, “As Connecticut Considers Expanding Marijuana Laws, Attorneys Watch DOJ.”

In the article, Representative Stafstrom, who also serves as vice chairman of the House Judiciary Committee, commented in response to rumors that the U.S. Department of Justice might crack down on states by using federal laws, telling reporters that any intervention by the Justice Department would be met by legal challenges.
