IN THE NEWS: Diane Whitney Comments on New Law Against Invasive Bamboo

Pullman & Comley attorney Diane Whitney, chair of the firm's Environmental Law Department, was quoted in "Officials Get A Lesson On New Law Against Invasive Bamboo," an article about new law in Connecticut fining residents who have invasive bamboo plants. 

According to Diane, "It seems as if there is a real potential for some number of cases like that, where the damage will already be done, or at least already in process, before the owner is aware of the issues it causes."
