IN THE NEWS: Diane Whitney Talks About Tobacco Valley

Pullman & Comley Environmental Law Department Chair Diane Whitney was quoted in an article titled, "Tobacco Valley Development Brainstorm."  The article gave an overview of the Tobacco Valley Development Forum on October 21, 2014.

According to Diane, "Our aim was to promote information about the development potential of the Tobacco Valley towns, particularly those along the rail line, and to share information about the development incentives available through state agencies ... We think that we did achieve those goals."
