IN THE NEWS: Jonathan Orleans Discusses Potential New Drone Laws
Pullman & Comley Labor, Employment Law and Employee Benefits attorney Jonathan Orleans was quoted in "Drone Law Is An Emerging Market For Lawyers" an article in the Connecticut Law Tribune about a bill that is currently drafted to prevent police from using drones without a warrant.
According to Jon, "There will be increased legal work with the proliferation of drone use by public and private sectors. There will be work for lawyers writing regulations for local and state governments, to the extent that the federal government doesn't occupy the field. There will also be contract issues, work to allocate risk of harm rising from drone use."
