Lee Hoffman Comments on Power Company Practices After Recent Storm

Pullman & Comley energy and environmental attorney Lee D. Hoffman was cited in an article in The Wall Street Journal about continuing power outages in Connecticut after the October 29 snowstorm.  In the article, "Connecticut's Power Woes Outshine Rest," reporter Shelly Banjo writes about how recent storms have highlighted problems with both how power is delivered in Connecticut, and how outages are addressed.  Lee, a member of Governor Malloy's S.T.O.R.M. Irene panel, said that "the group is examining whether power companies should trim trees more often than once every five years, the current practice, and also bury more power lines underground."
