IN THE NEWS: Mark Sommaruga Agrees With Superior Court Judge's Decision Regarding Region 14 Lawsuit

Pullman & Comley School Law attorney Mark Sommaruga was quoted in an article titled, "Region 14 Project Awaits Appeal of Lawsuit."  The article reports on an appeal of last month's court decision, in which a court ruled in favor of Regional School District No. 14 and rejected an attempt to overturn a 2013 referendum approving the $63.8 million renovation of Nonnewaug High School.

Representing the school district, Mark expressed confidence in Waterbury Supreme Court Judge Robert B. Shapiro's decision.  According to Mark, "We just would like to have this proceed quickly and with the least expense possible."
