Schwartz was quoted in "Bristol Considers Smoking Ban On Public Streets," an article by Don Stacom and Bill Leukhardt which appeared in the November 21, 2008 issue of the Hartford Courant. The article discusses the City’s proposal to declare Newell Road a no-smoking zone, possibly the first smoking ban on a public road anywhere in the state.
