Zachary D. Schurin and Mark J. Sommaruga Discuss Charter and Magnet Schools

Pullman & Comley School Law attorneys Zachary D. Schurin and Mark J. Sommaruga were extensively quoted in an article appearing in The Day newspaper of New London entitled, "Charter, Magnet Schools Present Challenge To Communities."  The article explains the increase in charter and magnet schools in the state, as well as the relationship between the magnet and charter schools and local and regional boards of education.

The article was based on a November 15, 2014 charter and magnet schools presentation that Mark and Zach presented at the 2014 Connecticut Association of Boards of Education/Connecticut Association of Public Schools Superintendents ("CABE/CAPSS") annual convention at the Mystic Marriott Hotel in Groton.
