Lauren Davies Quoted in Fortune Article on the Benefits of Having a Will

Two out of three American adults do not have a will. Pullman & Comley Trusts & Estates attorney Lauren C. Davies spoke with Fortune on why everyone should have a will, a legal document that states what should happen to your assets when you die and names the person or people in charge of carrying out your wishes. 

“No matter how many assets you have, you care what happens to them. Drafting a will lets you have a voice about your assets and gives your family the peace of mind that comes from knowing they’re listening to that voice," Lauren said. Lauren also covered more benefits of having a will in place, as well as if a trust would make sense based on someone's estate planning goals.
