Monte Frank Named Vice Chair of Governor Lamont's Working Group on Ranked-Choice Voting
Pullman & Comley Litigation attorney Monte E. Frank has been named Vice Chair of Governor Lamont's Working Group on Ranked-Choice Voting. The group, consisting of members representing various political affiliations, is tasked with developing a comprehensive legislative proposal to create a system that enables municipalities and political parties in Connecticut the ability to use ranked-choice voting in primaries and municipal elections. The working group's findings will be considered by the Connecticut General Assembly during the 2025 regular session.
