Pullman & Comley, LLC Welcomes Susan D. Stanley to its Banking and Commercial Finance Practices
BRIDGEPORT, Connecticut: Susan D. Stanley, who has spent the last 34 years in the banking industry, has joined Pullman and Comley, LLC as counsel in the firm’s Banking Section of its Business and Finance Practice.
Ms. Stanley has a comprehensive understanding of the regulatory and legal requirements that have an impact on banks and bank holding companies, including risk, compliance, BSA/AML, Fair Lending and the Community Reinvestment Act. Her extensive banking experience includes matters relating to compliance with federal and state banking laws, mergers and acquisitions, structural and corporate governance issues, charter conversions and holding company formations.
Ms. Stanley is a member of both the Connecticut Bar Association and the American Bar Association. She is also a member of the Charter Revision Commission for the Town of Cheshire, Connecticut. Ms. Stanley received her B. A. from Trinity College and her J.D. from the University of Connecticut School of Law.
