Pullman & Comley Named a 2024 Top Workplace in Connecticut
September 25, 2024: Pullman & Comley, LLC has been named a 2024 Top Workplace in Connecticut by both Hearst Media and the Hartford Courant, the law firm announced yesterday.
The “Top Workplace” awards are given to public, private, nonprofit and government organizations with 50 or more employees and are based on an employee feedback survey that gauges factors including employee engagement; shared belief in the organization’s direct, values and meaning; level of communication and cooperation; inclusion, support, openness and respect; growth potential; and fairness around pay, benefits, and work-life balance. The Hartford Courant list includes Hartford, Middlesex, New London, Tolland, and Windham counties, while the Hearst Media list covers western Connecticut and includes Fairfield, New Haven and Litchfield counties.
