Pullman & Comley Names Jonathan A. Kaplan a Member of the Firm
BRIDGEPORT, Conn., February 28, 2017: Pullman & Comley, LLC has named attorney Jonathan A. Kaplan as a member of the firm, the law firm reported today.
Mr. Kaplan practices in the area of complex commercial litigation and handles a wide range of business disputes, including business torts, unfair trade practice claims, real estate litigation, commercial foreclosures and bankruptcy-related litigation. He routinely appears in state and federal courts, as well as in appellate, bankruptcy and housing courts. Additionally, he handles mediation, arbitration and other forms of alternative dispute resolution. Mr. Kaplan has practiced with Pullman & Comley since 2012.

Mr. Kaplan is an active member of the Connecticut Bar Association where he serves on the Executive Committee of the Commercial Law and Bankruptcy Section and is the former chair of the Federal Practice Section of the Young Lawyers Section. He also serves on the Board of Directors of the Turnaround Management Association. Mr. Kaplan participated in the Leadership Greater Hartford’s Quest Program, Class of 2014 and is a recipient of the Connecticut Law Tribune’s “2015 New Leaders in the Law” award. Within the firm, Mr. Kaplan serves on the Diversity Committee and leads the firm’s annual “Day of Service.” Since 2013, Mr. Kaplan has been named to the Super Lawyers “Connecticut Rising Stars” list in the area of business litigation. He received his B.A. from Cornell University and his J.D. from the University of Connecticut School of Law.
