Peta-Gay N. Simmonds-Carroo

Peta-Gay N. Simmonds-Carroo is a paralegal in the firm’s Litigation Department. She has more than twenty years of paralegal experience in a variety of practice areas including commercial litigation, matrimonial law, mass torts, Medicare fraud, white collar crime, medical malpractice and personal injury. Peta provides support in complex commercial and business disputes in a variety of areas including intellectual property, patent infringement, antitrust, unfair trade practices, products liability, employment disputes, insider trading, securities investigations and general litigation matters in both state and federal courts. 

Peta is a notary public for the States of New York and Connecticut and a Process Server for the State of New York.
