Kelly M. Rosenthal

Kelly Rosenthal plays an integral role in the Municipal Law and Community Associations Practice of the firm’s Litigation Department.  Her varied legal experience over the last 10 years includes residential real estate, residential mortgage foreclosures, litigation, and family law.  Today, Kelly focuses on representing towns, districts, and homeowners' associations across Connecticut with revenue enforcement efforts and litigation management.  Kelly is a Notary Public for the State of Connecticut.
