Presented by the CBA's Commercial Law and Bankruptcy Section, this webinar will discuss options for businesses to address the financial issues caused by, and attendant to, the COVID-19 recession including financing and restructuring options; what options Chapter 11 bankruptcy provides, with a specific focus on access to courts; the Small Business Reorganization Act; and treatment of leases and contracts.
