Mark Sommaruga to Present Legislative Update for the CBA Labor and Employment Law Section

Mark J. Sommaruga, an attorney in Pullman & Comley's Labor, Employment Law & Employee Benefits practice, will be presenting at a May 17, 2022 CBA Labor and Employment Law Section Meeting on recent developments in the Connecticut General Assembly, with a focus on the Labor and Public Employees Committee.

Mark will cover the "flurry of bills" voted out of the committee as they wrapped up their work for this year's legislative session, involving issues such as paid sick leave expansion, scheduling changes, wages, workplace discrimination, unemployment and pandemic pay.
