Mark Sommaruga Spoke at COST's Workshop for Municipal Officials

Attorney Mark J. Sommaruga spoke at an recent Council of Small Towns (COST) Workshop for Municipal Officials where he discussed the Freedom of Information Act. 

Mark, who recently published the sixth edition of his book "Understanding Connecticut’s Freedom of Information Act," covered the key takeaways of the recent updates that have been made to the FOIA. His presentation was preceded by welcoming remarks from The Honorable Stephanie Thomas, Secretary of the State, and followed by presentations and panel discussions including other industry experts.
