Mark Sommaruga to Lead Workshop on Employee Discipline & Grievances

Mark J. Sommaruga, an attorney in Pullman & Comley's Labor and Employment and School Law practices, will lead a workshop on “Employee Discipline & Grievances” at the Connecticut Association for Community Transportation (CACT) Expo.

Mark will discuss issues concerning employee discipline in a public/unionized setting, and the need for following appropriate procedures to ensure that the employees' rights are protected and that any discipline can be sustained, should it be challenged.
