Megan Carannante and Jonathan Orleans to Present on Employer Risk Management at the 2023 Nonprofit Conference

Labor and Employment Law attorneys Megan Y. Carannante and Jonathan B. Orleans will present a workshop titled "10 Tips for Nonprofit Employers to Reduce Risk in 2024" at the 2023 Annual Nonprofit Conference, sponsored by The Alliance. 

Nonprofits are constantly faced with new legislation and policy changes requiring focused attention on ways to reduce risk across the organization. Megan and Jon will review lessons learned by employers in 2023 and outline steps employers can take in the new year to avoid common missteps and mistakes related to:
