IN THE NEWS: Alex Hernandez Discusses New U.S. Attorney For Connecticut

Pullman & Comley White Collar, Criminal Defense and Corporate Investigations Section Chair Alex Hernandez was quoted in "Acting U.S. Attorney Nominated For Full-Time Duty," an article about the steps Deirdre Daly has been taking as the appointed U.S. attorney for Connecticut.

According to Alex she is an "outstanding choice."  He also states, "As a former [federal prosecutor] and a member of the federal defense bar, I vigorously endorse her historic appointment as the first woman to be presidentially nominated to serve in that capacity.  She will continue the office's long, distinguished and well-earned reputation for the fair and impartial enforcement of the law."
