Disproportionately Impacted Area Map Update 

On August 1, 2023, the Connecticut Social Equity Council approved an updated Disproportionately Impacted Area map. The 2023 map adds several new census tracts. Social Equity cultivators that have already been approved may utilize the 2022 or 2023 maps. Any Social Equity application submitted after August 1, 2023 must rely on the 2023 map.
