Matthew D. Glennon

Matthew D. Glennon is an Associate in the Business Organizations and Finance Practice where he routinely assists clients in executing complex business matters.  He focuses his practice on corporate and business law and financing with wide-ranging experience that includes mergers and acquisitions, debt transactions, advising on business formation and ownership transition matters, and providing general counsel services to clients. Matt also has extensive commercial contracts and corporate governance experience, including negotiating a diverse array of vendor, supplier and service provider contracts.

Prior to joining Pullman, Matt worked at both boutique and mid-sized law firms where he handled business and corporate, lending, and commercial real estate matters for clients. Matt began his legal career as a staff attorney at a leading global hedge fund where he was a member of the corporate transactions and governance team, handling matters including stock purchases and sales, debt transactions, drafting phantom equity plans, and advising on corporate governance.
