Overview

Matthew D. Glennon is a member in the Business Organizations and Finance practice, where he routinely assists clients in executing complex business transactions.  Matt focuses his practice on corporate and business law and financing with wide-ranging experience that includes mergers and acquisitions, debt transactions, capital raises, joint ventures, negotiating operating agreements, advising on business formation and ownership transition matters, and providing outside general counsel services to clients. He also has extensive commercial contracts and corporate governance experience, including negotiating a diverse array of vendor, supplier and service provider contracts. In addition, Matt is a leading attorney in Connecticut’s cannabis industry, serving clients of all license types. Matt prides himself on building deep relationships with his clients and his ability to find practical solutions to complex legal issues.

Prior to joining Pullman, Matt worked at a mid-sized law firm where he handled business and corporate, lending, and commercial real estate matters for clients. Matt began his legal career as an attorney at a leading global hedge fund where he was a member of the corporate transactions and governance team, handling matters including stock purchases and sales, debt transactions, international expansion efforts, and advising on corporate governance.
