Overview
W. Glenn Major is a seasoned attorney with more than 40 years of experience in residential and commercial real estate, estate planning and administration, probate matters and zoning law. His practice is comprised primarily of the purchase and sale of residential real estate properties, having closed in excess of 3,000 transactions, including a significant number of seven figure deals, and an untold number of refinances. Glenn's practice spans across the state of Connecticut with a primary focus on Fairfield County.
Glenn represents several local new home contractors and has developed long-term working referral relationships with top brokers at each of the large real estate firms and also with lenders in this area. He has performed significant zoning/land use work in Westport, Weston and other adjoining communities along with tax assessment appeals.
Glenn is a lifelong resident of Weston. Among other activities, he served on the Board of Selectman for eight years, has been a justice of the peace and chairman of Nursing and Home Care, served on the Weston History and Cultural Center Board as a trustee and treasurer, and also served on the United Way board. He is an active member of the St. Francis of Assisi church in Weston.
