Sara M. Winniman Rossman

Sara Winniman Rossman has nearly forty years of experience working in both commercial and residential real estate in both Massachusetts and Connecticut, where she prepares and manages pertinent documents through closing, including title policies.  Additionally, she has extensive experience in corporate matters including formation of entities and maintenance of stock books; and in the trusts and estates area where she drafts, prepares and processes petitions for formal and informal probate and all related court documents. Sara is a Notary Public for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
