Pullman & Comley Represents Cabrera in EnergySolutions Deal

Pullman & Comley attorneys represented Cabrera Services, a leading industry provider of environmental and radiological remediation services, in its recent acquisition by EnergySolutions, a provider of nuclear waste, decommissioning, remediation and project services, announced March 11, 2024.

Cabrera, which will be fully integrated into EnergySolutions federal program, provides services to commercial and federal clients and has been a prominent contractor in the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and Formerly Utilized Sites Remedial Action Program markets.

Ken Robuck, president and CEO of EnergySolutions, was quoted in a company press release about the strong synergies of the deal.
