Overview

Cynthia Klaneski (Cynde) is a paralegal in the firm’s Business and Finance Practice Group and the Real Estate Practice Group.  With more than 30 years of legal experience in regional and national law firms, Cynde’s background is primarily focused in asset and stock purchases and sales, business mergers and commercial real estate transactions.  Cynde assists with all aspects of those transactions including: formation of entities, maintenance of stock books, title and survey reviews, preparation and review of loan, conveyance, corporate and due diligence documents.  Cynde’s commercial real estate experience also includes SBA 7a and 504 transactions.

Cynde is a Notary Public for the State of Connecticut.
