Pullman & Comley a Finalist for 2024 M&A Advisor Award
HARTFORD, CT, October 16, 2024 – Pullman & Comley has been named as a finalist for this year’s M&A Advisor Awards for its role in the acquisition of Sundance Consulting by True Environmental, a portfolio company of Halle Capital. The award from The M&A Advisor is for the M&A Deal of the Year ($10 million - $25 million).
True Environmental is an environmentally focused consulting, engineering and construction management firm. Its acquisition of Sundance was announced in March 2024.
Pullman & Comley served as legal counsel to Sundance Consultants, a nationally recognized and award-winning full-service environmental consulting firm, in the deal. Andrew C. Glassman, co-chair of the Business Organizations and Finance practice, was the lead attorney; other members of the Pullman team included attorneys Joshua A. Hawks-Ladds, Matthew D. Glennon, Kristoph J. Condos and paralegal Cynthia Klaneski. M&A investment banks Generational Group and Generational Capital Markets, Inc., corporate law firm Haynes & Boone, and due diligence firm CDS were also named as part of the overall team for their contributions to the deal.
Award finalists will be honored and winners will be named at the 23rd Annual M&A Advisor Awards, a black-tie gala on November 19 that is part of the 2024 Leadership in Dealmaking Summit, in late September at the New York Athletic Club.
