Overview
Ryan Schaitkin is an associate in the firm's Business Organizations & Finance and Property Tax & Valuation practices. He supports clients across a variety of business and property tax matters, including business formation, merger and acquisition activities, succession and tax planning, and corporate governance. Ryan has valuable experience conducting legal research, drafting memoranda, and analyzing regulatory issues relevant to his practice areas.
During his time at Fordham University School of Law, Ryan served as a staff member on the Fordham Urban Law Journal. Prior to law school, he earned a Master of Public Policy (M.P.P.) from the University of Michigan in 2019, where he was actively involved in student affairs and event planning. Ryan was a summer associate at Pullman & Comley in 2023.
Before joining Pullman & Comley, Ryan served as a Senior Intake Specialist for A Case for Women, where he handled various mass tort cases and assisted with team training and management. He also served as a Business Policy Intern for the Greenwich Village Chelsea Chamber of Commerce, conducting policy research and collaborating with local stakeholders. Ryan’s experience further extends to teaching, research, and health policy.
